Dengan mengusung tagline ‘Stylebreaker’, mobil Swift GT3 merefleksikan penggunanya yakni kaum muda urban modern yang stylish. Perubahannya terdapat pada tampilan luarnya/ eksterior, yaitu desain sporty body kit, front bumper with fog lamps & LID, rear combination lamp, rear diffuser, extension muffler, dan alloy wheel.
